In October 2015, I was invited to give a short presentation at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce Baker Tilly Signature series of talks held at Regus Central Plaza in Wanchai.

I spoke about the evolution of the ability for foreign nationals to secure immigration status in Hong Kong by investment and how the failing Capital Investment Entrant Scheme in a sense led directly to the so called Startup visa here.
