In an initative to make life easier for the foreign born offspring of Chinese permanent residents settled abroad at the time of their birth, the Chief Executive of the HKSAR, CY Leung on November 15, 2015 announced the Admission Scheme for the Second Generation of Chinese Hong Kong Permanent Residents (ASSG)
